Accepting user's mails

User who is set as a member of the ResponsibleGroups in approvalMap.json file and has the ZI-MailApproval zimlet enabled can see the new Coordinator Panel tab. 

 There the Coordinator can see all the mails sent by users it is responsible for according to the Map .
