# Accepting user's mails

User who is set as a member of the **ResponsibleGroups** in *approvalMap.json* file and has the ZI-MailApproval zimlet enabled can see the new **Coordinator Panel** tab.

There the Coordinator can see all the mails sent by users it is responsible for according to the **Map**.
